In April 2020, Christoph Waltz stated that he had not heard any discussions about a potential sequel to the film, and thought the possibility was unlikely following Disney’s acquisition of 20th Century Fox as it may not fit in with the Disney brand.

This movie’s cool i would love to see its sequel and has one of the best CGI works for a manga adaptive (btw note to ppl who think she looks fake its cuz they want to keep the original manga character alive) and i will support it 🙂

Alita battle angel, it is the best movie I have seen in my life, it came at a time when my life had no meaning, thanks to it the depression is gone, it is the best medicine I can have. Everyone should see the second part of this saga.

This was an incredible movie – sometimes even great movies don’t do well at the box office because of lack of proper marketing – and Alita had a bad first trailer with Alita’s eyes being a lot worse early on. Now that the current movie has a cult following, the sequel will definitely do great with the built-in demand and most likely much better marketing!
