Thank you Rosa Salazar being our Battle Angel and putting your heart into this role.
We want to show our appreciation to Rosa Salazar who played the title character in the film Alita: Battle Angel. Our goal is to buy a Queen Studios 1:1 Life-Size Alita: Battle Angel bust for Rosa and have it presented to her by a representative of ours. We’re asking for $4000. With that, we expect to be able to pay for the bust and cover the cost of flying our representative out to meet with Rosa Salazar.
As with the previous campaign that we ran: if we fail to reach our funding goal, the donations will go to Open Bionics. Any funding that we make over our goal (or what is needed) will be donated to the same. Open Bionics makes affordable bionic arms for amputees, and with our previous GoFundMe we were able to raise enough money to give someone a bionic “Hero Arm”. This fundraiser is tentatively scheduled to end September 15, 2020.

UPDATE: (8-20-20) A down-payment of $900.00 USD has been sent to Queen Studios. They have received it. We are waiting for word from them on when we can pay the full cost of the Berserker Bust. As soon as we get word, we’ll let you know.
UPDATE: The product reveal is finally about to happen. We’re going to give this fundraiser a final push and hope to fully fund the campaign by September 30, 2020.
UPDATE: The fundraiser is fully funded and has been deactivated. Now we wait for Queen Studios to tell us when we can pay the full amount for the bust. We must also hope that travel restrictions due to Covid-19 do not delay people from traveling much longer. Thank you all for your donations.

Dear lord, I had this exact same thought earlier in the day, minus the bit about the representative. Crazy!
Like many of you, I’ve wanted this bust ever since it was shown in January. It’s just…well, I think the quality is worth the price, BUT STILL.
Maybe contributing to Rosa acquiring one will help scratch that itch?

It might help take the edge off the sadness of not owning one.

I REALLY APPRECIATE HER ACTING SKILLS, WITHOUT HER ALITA’S FACIAL EXPRESSIONS WOULDN’T BE THE ONE WE SEE TODAY.
IDK MUCH ABOUT ACTING BUT, ALITA AND ROZA HAVE VERY DIFFERENT CHARACTER SKETCHES AND EVEN AFTER THAT SHE MANAGES TO BRING ALITA TO LIFE BY PUTTING SO MUCH OF EFFORT ON THIS FILM.
(JUST COMMENTING, DON’T TAKE IT PERSONALLY)
