James Cameron: Avatar 2 is “100% complete” and Avatar 3 is “95% complete”

As MovieWeb reports, James Cameron recently spoke with Arnold Schwarzenegger on the actor’s YouTube channel. In the interview, James Cameron admitted that Avatar 2 was 100% done and Avatar 3 was 95% complete. While the work that is left on Avatar 3 is likely to keep Cameron busy over the next year or so, finishing just one film (instead of two) should leave him with some time to consider the future of the Alita: Battle Angel franchise. One can hope, at least.

We are a community of Alita: Battle Angel fans who are dedicated to supporting Alita and Rosa Salazar POSITIVELY. If you want to help Alita get a sequel, the best way to do it is to be vocal, be active, and be positive. Being respectful to other fans and fan bases while using the "#AlitaArmy" hashtag will do #AlitaBattleAngel a lot of good. Alita needs us. We are all she's had for support.

  1. Thanks for posting.
Comments disabled at youtube, so I ramble here.

You gotta love these two guys. I know Schwarzenegger did a lot of crappy stuff back as governor of California. Then again, Republicans and Democrats are both catastrophic parties and fail horribly facing our problems. At least Schwarzenegger got enlighted and keeps pointing to our environmental issues.

Right wingers in general didn’t like Avatar for it’s anti-imperialistic and environmental message. But in 2009 the elite was a lot better in brainwashing ppl (FOX, MSNBC, CNN, all that crap). In 2020, with the world on fire, not so much.

Back to movies. With Avatar 2+3 in the bag I hope Cameron can spare some time and energy pushing Alita at Disney. Though Covid-19 is an additional road block these days. (As if Alita 2 wasn’t struggeling enough.)
