  1. My thoughts. On the upside
    – it draws attention to the movie once again. Regardless whether is succeeds.
    – it could be part of an initiative to revive the business of movie theaters. They suffer and lack new movies. Discovering neglected pearls could become a sport / a niche of it’s own
    – it could bring back the spark to the Alita fanbase. After all these months of Covid and a de facto standstill I feel the enthusiam level dwindle.

    On the downside
    – if theaters agree, but ppl don’t show up, it sends the wrong message to Disney.
